Normal route of Marmolada

Departure from Passo Fedaia at 6.00 am. We will start the ascent towards Pian dei Fiacconi; from there we will put on the crampons and continue through the glacier on the Normal route. The summit will offer a 360° panorama over the Val di Fassa Dolomites and beyond. Lunch break at Punta Penia refuge and return through the Normal route.

Altitude gap: 1300m (altitude gain) 1300m (altitude loss).

There is the possibility to divide the excursion in two days: by staying overnight at Capanna Ghiacciaio Refuge the evening before the excursion to divide the ascent in two days (600m first day and 700m second day), or by staying overnight at Capanna Punta Penia at teh top of Marmolada.

Price:  130€ per person (min. 3 people). Price with 2 people: 175€ per person. Private guide for 1 person 320€.

Notes: Trekking clothes and boots, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.
